Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for returns lost in transit.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back to us within the 14-day window.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
